This course is designed to provide a current review and to discuss your questions regarding common presenting complaints. The presentations cover therapy, ulcers, scarring, vaginitis, vulvodynia, vaginal dryness and dyspareunia, as well as a review of cases (presentation, diagnosis, and management).
Educational Objectives:
- Recognize appropriate utilization of systemic vulvar and vaginal therapy
- Understand the approach to scarring vulvar ulcers and the agglutinated vagina
- Recognize and manage Hidradentis suppurativa
- Recognize and manage chronic vaginitis symptoms
- Know the differential diagnosis of vulvovaginal conditions
- Describe and manage vaginal dryness and dyspareunia
- Describe the methods used to diagnose vulvodynia
