2. By registering and purchasing access to this event, you agree to allow ASCCP to share your name and mailing address with our exhibitors.
   
   
3. ASCCP is Going Green. A few days before the course, you will receive an email with links to the course program and the slide decks. Please download any documents you need before coming on-site (wifi in the hotel is typically not strong enough to download these large files). If you prefer print, please print your hardcopies and bring them with you.
   
   
4. Food Allergies and Vegetarian Requirements: Please email meetings@asccp.org with your request at least two weeks before the start of the course. Any requests made after this date may not be able to be accommodated. No requests will be accepted on site.

Please Note: Following purchase, attendance will only be permitted to the individual of the account who has purchased the course registration. Individuals who have not purchased the registration for the course with their own account will not have a badge and will be denied entry.
