  1. What are the browser specifications needed to view and complete the pre and post-tests?

    Answer:
    Internet Explorer 6, PC
    Internet Explorer 5.2, MAC
    Safari 1.2.3
    Netscape 7.0

  2. I receive error messages or am knocked off the program before completion. What can I do about it?

    Answer:
If you have not yet hit the “Submit” button (located at the end of the exam), you should log back on and retake the test. Unfortunately, your previous answers will not have been saved. If, instead, you came to the end of the exam and clicked on the “Submit” button, your data has been received and stored.

  3. I am not getting into the test. What should I do?

Answer: Depending on your connection speed, the test page may take a few seconds to load.  Please allow a little time for loading.   If, after two attempts, you cannot load the exam and you do have the necessary browser specifications listed in Question 1, please send an email to lhicks@asccp.org. In your email, be sure to include the type of browser you are using, whether you are using a dial-up modem or broadband, and what does or does not appear on the screen when you attempt to access the program.
