MEETINGS & COURSES: Registration Forms

A $100.00 administrative fee will be added to all registrations received 30 days or less prior to the start of a course. If the registration form is postmarked prior to or on the 30-day cutoff, there will be no fee added. On-Site registrations will also be billed $100.00 in addition to regular registration fees (subject to availability).
