As of February 22, 2010 the LEEP course at the Biennial meeting is full. Registrations received after February 22 will be placed on a waiting list and will be notified if space becomes available.

As of February 16, 2010, our contracted room block at the Green Valley Ranch is full and the hotel itself is sold out over the nights of our conference. The following hotels are less than 4 miles away and each offers a free daily and evening shuttle service that will go to and from the Green Valley Ranch Resort. Please use this registration form to reserve your seat at the 2010 Biennial Meeting. General meeting registration is required for participation in the plenary sessions, symposia, additional educational sessions, and workshops. With your meeting registration you will receive two tickets to the Wednesday evening Welcome Reception. New colposcopists and colposcopists-in-training (those with under three years' experience) are invited to attend the New Colposcopists' Breakfast on Friday morning that will include preparation for the ASCCP Challenge Bowl on Saturday. Additional special interest group sessions will also be held during the meeting. Please see the brochure for all scheduled activities.

Note: All abstract presenters must register for the meeting.

** Pre-registration for the 2010 Biennial Meeting will close at the end of the business day, Monday, February 22, 2010. To ensure a proper (printed) name tag and admission to all of the events, please register by February 22. Forms can be printed, completed and returned by fax to: 301-733-5775 or by mail to: ASCCP, 152 W Washington Street, Hagerstown, MD 21740. All seats are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. All participants wishing to register after February 22, 2010 may register on-site at the Green Valley Ranch Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. Registration will take place on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 from 4 pm to 7 pm and on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 beginning at 6 am. **
