All participants wishing to register after February 29, 2008 can register on-site at Disney's Contemporary Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Registration will take place on Sunday, March 16, 2008 from 3 pm - 5:30 pm and on Monday, March 17, 2008 beginning at 6:30 am. **

The 2008 ASCCP Biennial meeting is coming up on us very quickly! Building on the success of our 2006 meeting, the new management guidelines from the 2006 Consensus Conference and the latest science, we are planning our most exciting scientific meeting yet. It will be held from March 17 - 21, 2008 at Disney's Contemporary Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Click here for a brochure for the meeting.

2008 Biennial Meeting Exhibits, March 18 - 20, 2008

We would love to have you join us at the Biennial as an exhibitor! Forms for registering are included as well as the floor plan for you to select an appropriate location. Viper Tradeshow Services will be helping us to ensure a professional exhibition at this meeting. For a $2000 registration fee you will receive a 10' x 10' booth with an eight foot draped back and three foot draped sides as well as an identifying sign for the three day show. Listening to your comments we condensed the exhibit time into three days for best use of your time. The hall will be open daily from 6:30am until 2:00pm. Daily breakfast and coffee breaks will be hosted in the exhibit hall. Viper Tradeshow Services has a full range of services available including furniture, maintenance, and signage and will handle any shipping needs. When you return your registration form and payment, we will forward your contact information and space request to Viper Tradeshow Services. They will send you a complete package of ordering and shipping information.
